Aroma Diffuser - Vitruvi is my favorite because of its pottery like texture & shape plus two diffusing speed modes. There’s plenty of other less expensive choices though if needed! 2. Pure Peppermint Tea - not only does this stuff taste great, it’s great for a digestion such as bloating & indigestion
3. Weighted Eye Mask - if you’re someone with headaches/migraines, who needs to sleep in the pitch black, or want to knock out mid-day or in-flight, this eye mask is an absolute game changer...basically can’t sleep without it
4. Facial Massage Ice Globes - had a facialist use this on me once & it seriously feels so good...also a great product to help depuff, refresh, & rub oil/serums in with (make sure to keep this in freezer)
5. Lalicious Sugar Scrub - this scrub is perfect for exfoliating prior to shaving as it leaves behind a layer of moisturizing oil so you don’t need additional soap or shaving cream, also smells great & last for awhile
6. Noise Machine - as someone who has a hard time falling asleep & lives off a busy street, this is a game changer; multiple settings & sounds so you can find your own jazz...also have friends who use this to help their dogs not bark with every noise, same goes for sleeping babies
7. Barefoot Dreams Blanket - the hype is real with this Kardashian favorite blanket, plus the softness last through time & washes
8. Dry Brush - helps increase blood circulation & lymphatic drainage while exfoiliating skin, reducing appearance of cellulite & stimulating nervous system
9. Gua Sha & Face Roller tool - perform facial lymphatic drainage motions to help depuff face from excess fluid build up & inflamation (I like to keep mine in freezer, also recommend using facial oil)
10. Favorite Silk & Cotton Robe Options - silk option below is super cute & affordable while the cotton one is more high-end/extremely soft
11. Facial/Face Washing Headband - great for keeping hair off your face while washing or getting a facial, washer/dryer safe too
12. Bluetooth/Alexa Compatible Dimmable Color Changing Bulb - fabulous for when you don’t want to get off couch or bed to turn on/off light; plus can set the mood based on time of day whether that’s dimming the light, switching hue of standard light, or changing the room to a calming red or other color
13. Portable & Affordable Massager - if you don’t have a significant other or one willing to give you a home massage, I’ve got some solutions for you
